WINNER BEST CONTEMPORARY BLUES ACT: 2004 MUDDYS

| Your Rose City Kings have won the 2004 Muddy Award for Best Contemporary Blues Act! RCK opened the annual Muddy Awards gala with a blistering 45 minute set, followed by the award ceremony, and the Muddys All-Star blues band featuring DK Stewart, Robbie Laws, Peter Dammann, Jimi Bott and Jim Miller closed the show. The night was hosted by Steve Pringle of KMHD, who did a masterful job at keeping the show on pace. "We are honored to have been a part of it.... We cannot begin to express the magnitude of our appreciation for [the fans'] steadfast support. It is [the fans] that push us forward. Every time we see [their] smiling face at the gig we know why we do what we do, " said "Kingbee" Daniel Berkery.
