| For KOLVANE's 2nd Annual Fan Appreciation Party at the Trail's End Saloon, to receive a free ticket, you must be a fully registered Honorary Member. Being a member is easy, all we need is your postal address. Once you're enrolled, we mail out the ticket. WHEN IS THE PARTY? The day after Thanksgiving, Friday November 28th. HOW TO JOIN? You can send us an email to Info@Kolvane.com or sign up through our website JOIN link: http://www.kolvane.com/join.html HOW OFTEN WILL I HEAR FROM THE BAND? Kolvane respects his Honorary Members. So, you can select the shows that you want to know about at anytime by typing your email address into the link above. We try to keep the email and postal correspondence to a minimum, while keeping you informed. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CONTACT INFO? Kolvane only uses your contact information for band-related purposes. CAN I STILL COME TO THE PARTY IF I'M NOT A MEMBER? Yes! For folk who do not wish to be Honorary Members, we've slashed the ticket price to $5. WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?! All audience members of the Fan Appreciation Party are eligible for the prize drawings. We'll have drawings for band gear and gift certificates for items that will make your holidays all the merrier: Starbuck's, the movies or a trip up the scenic gorge for a little R&R at Bonneville Resort. IS THERE A DEADLINE? We suggest becoming an Honorary Member by Noon the day before Thanksgiving for timely delivery of your ticket. After that, we'll do the best we can to make arrangements for you to receive your ticket. ANYTHING ELSE? We're an independent band that appreciates and relies on the regular support of our fans. So, only original tickets can be accepted. For anything else we've missed, good common sense applies: no refunds, no exchanges in dates, admission subject to club restrictions/capacity, one ticket to each mailing address, one ticket per person and anything else that seems reasonable. |
